DNS Question
-
Just a quick question, is it possible to be on the same network that a domain name is registered to and be able to connect using the same domain name?
For example, if I have the domain named example.com and I want to connect to the example.com web server using a computer that is on the same network. Can I just type "example.com" rather then typing out the entire internal IP address of the server?
If it is possible to do this would it also be possible to do this with multiple servers on the same network?
