How to set NAT or Port Forward in PFSense

First, My English not good.
Please see my network layout in attachment file. I use PFSense 2.2.
How to set NAT or Port Forwarding to CCTV DVR.Thank you.

Step one: Get rid of that
CiscoLinksys. -
Double NAT.
You'd first have to forward the correct ports from the Cisco to pfSense, and then from pfSense to the DVR. If 9093 is the port (UDP or TCP?), on the Cisco forward it to 10.10.10.2, and then on pfSense forward it to 192.168.1.199.
If you are lucky and the developers of that DVR were sane, it should work.
