<![CDATA[Problem with Novatel EU850D - 3G modem]]>Good day all,

i just buyed an Alix pc with pfSense 2.2.1 installed and a Novatel EU850D 3G modem.
I use a Vodafone Italy sim but the connection doesn't work.
I think in a compatibility problem with pfSense and Novatel modem.

Here below the PPP log:

I have just purchased a pfSense appliance with Novatel 3G modem.
the problem is the PIN on the SIM card.
if you disable the PIN code, the 3G modem work fine.
I have been followed the guide below:

They used to work a now they don't. Just to confirm consider trying an old version and then upgrade install to current.

Try each command individually and see which one it doesn't like

AT&F
AT&C1
AT&D2
ATE0
ATS0=0
ATM1

They are all fairly standard commands though.
