<p dir="auto">As I will provide free internet to people from different countries, I require my Terms and Conditions/User Acceptance Policy  to be in different languages.</p>
<p dir="auto">What I'm aiming for is when someone connects to the portal, they first get served "click-through page where they can select their language, and next the login page with the Terms in their own language.</p>
