Testing Dedicated OVH with Hyper-V and pfSense wanted!

Finally have a Hyper-V on OVH dedicated with pfsense and VM's which connect to internet and point to point ipsec with on premise pfsense.
I am curiois as to the actual sustained traffic that can be passed in the ipsec tunnel. If anyone would like to test this with me I am happy to make a tunnel and VM for testing. I would really like to test with someone who has 50mbit or more in bandwidth and a pfsense that can pass as much traffic.
I am hoping to use this setup to host multiple VM's and create tunnels to each in isolated environments.
I created internal switches for each VM to connect them to the pfsense since trying to use vlans was a nightmare and possible but a nightmware all the same. It just means creating multiple internal switches and creating additional interfaces in pfsense.
More than happy to share my setup and will create a video shortly.
