Weird request being blocked

For a while I have seen loads of blocked requests on my firewall and they are starting to get annoying and they are all the same and very frequent. Any pointers to what the issue could be would be great. I have been trying for ages to get get to the root of issue with no luck.

It's SSDP. Just add a rule on LAN to block the noise with no logging.
Why couldn't you attach images?

because I think its broken.. I put a thread in feedback, you get a 500 error when you try and attach.
