      When using the Maximum new connections / per second advanced setting for a firewall rule, what happens after the maximum number of new connections per the allotted time frame has been reached? The connection attempts are blocked, but how long are they blocked for? Is there any way to clear the block on the pfSense?

      Is there any way to whitelist an IP so it is never blocked due to too many new connection attempts?
