Sheduling Precedence

If I have a schedule to allow wireless access on
(1) Mon - Fri 8-9

can I add a line to the schedule that says
(2) July 31, 2015 8-11

Will the more specific schedule (2) override the more general schedule (1)?

No, there's no precedence really and no concept of "more specific" (dunno really what algo you imagine to do that). Rules with schedules are checked every 15 minutes on whether they are still inside or outside of schedule, that's it. You'd need a new rule traffic with that "more specific" schedule above the "more general" one.
