coba pke versi tersebut, pas install squid selalu error. installed failed. gerangan yg error ini apanya ? pf ini sdah pke squid 3.5.9

ternyata, pf 2.2.4 sudah support squid 3.5.10, cmn blum support via gui
Untuk memasang squid 2.5.10 memakai webmin, bkn gui.
Tinggalkan gui bila webmin sudah terpasang.
caranya, setelah clean install pf, lsg direct pasang webmin. semua konfigurasi melalui webmin.
jgn sekali2 menggunakan gui pf bila sudah memakai webmin, krn setingan di gui sudah terset di webmin.

tahapannya :
1. clean install pf 2.2.4
2. masuk console > pkg update
3. pkg upgrade
4. pkg install ccze (butuh perl-nya)
5. pkg install webmin
6. konfigurasi file > /usr/local/lib/webmin/setup.sh : enter (ini seperti mengkonfigurasi web configurator gui)

tampilan setup.sh :

7. Start webmin > di console ketik /usr/local/etc/webmin/start
8. Jgn lupa edit /etc/rc.conf > input webmin_enable="YES" > save (webmin jalan tiap restart pf)
9. login webmin via web > https://your-server-ip:10000/ (port default)
10. nah selebihnya yg lain sdh ada didalam webmin.
Untuk package yang lain bisa menggunakan perintah di console > pkg install nama_package

apa pfsense bisa diinstall squid langsung dari web squid-cache.org ?

kalo via webmin, mgk bisa..tp di download dlu, bru di upload via webmin

ternyata, lebih stabil pake pf 2.2.5, dibanding yang sebelumnya.
lelah pake 2.2.4, byk bug.
pake 2.2.5, squid lebih garang… 8)
