I honestly admit I am not a coder or would work on the fix
I feel this is a very important component for me maybe you only have 1 wan or maybe better yet you have reliable internet if so your luckier than me
I choose pfsense for the dual wan functionality which for me has been broke since 2.0 or 2.1 somewhere in there

honestly your snide smart a** comments add nothing and actually helps no one and most likely just harms the reputation of the community
