Packet Shaper on LACP LAGG
-
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have a LAGG interface with 2 x 1Gbps links and VLANS running over it. Running the Packet Shaper Wizard resulted in failures, after scouring the forums I discovered that I needed to fill in the correct Interface speeds to alleviate the problem. However, in regards to the VLAN interfaces, should I be dividing the physical total 2Gbps by the number of VLAN interfaces I have running over it and inputting that for proper calculations or should I be putting 2Gbps on each?

Hello,
i'm interested in this too because we got a SG-8860 and it's connected to a Stack of Cisco Switches.
Whats the way to go with traffic shaping? Or did you found a solution? Thanks in advance!

Since, in theory, the max any interface can use is the full bandwidth of the LAGG, you'd want to use 2G there in most cases.
