NAT forwarding to other than FQDN or IP??

Ok, I am new to PFSense but not to networking, have a single host behind firewall that it hosting multiple services (FTP, VPN, CIFS, SMB, etc.). What I need is to forward example.domain.com to 10.x.x.x/user/service instead of just 10.x.x.x as I have multiple web servers on the same machine, i had this working with my previous firewall but i cannot get it working on PFSense yet. Please Advise

Do you really have multiple servers or is it really multiple virtual hosts on the same web server? Multiple servers cannot bind to the same port, which leaves virtual hosts. Most modern web servers can handle multiple websites being served from the same web server if they are configured as named-based virtual hosts.

There are two virtual webservers running on the same OS, one on port 80 the other on 5000. The one on 5000 is configured to auto forward when any request comes to 10.x.x.x:80, and the other goes to 10.x.x.x/user/service. i have example.domain.com which is NATed to 10.x.x.x and exampletwo.domain.com that needs to go to 10.x.x.x/user/service

Why not just run the one web server and have it handle both domains?

"exampletwo.domain.com that needs to go to 10.x.x.x/user/service"
Sorry but firewalls don't do that kind of forward… A reverse proxy could do that sort of forward.. Use a reverse proxy package on pfsense if that is the sort of thing you want to do.
