i have this issue today with Pfsense 2.2.6 installed on pc i3-3220 cpu

Unfortunately we have detected a programming bug.

Would you like to submit the programming debug logs to the pfSense developers for inspection?

Please double check the contents to ensure you are comfortable sending this information before clicking Yes.

and include along content ….i have even made a factory reset and nothing changed >>>

      any help by that

What kind of help are you expecting?  Submit the crash and the developers will look at it.  They won't contact you unless they need additional information.  Anything they derive from the crash report may or may not be fixed and included in an updated build depending on the nature of the crash, the severity and the number of people affected.  A lot of crashes can be traced back to faulty hardware, and there isn't much they can do about that.

If you submit it, and let us know what IP it came from (can PM me), we can review. No crash reports submitted from the IP you're posting to the forum from.

Now the IP you're reaching the forum from is different, and matches 3 crash reports from yesterday. They're all filesystem related kernel panics, along with some failures to do basic file operations like copying/moving files. As low level as it's failing even after reinstall, your hardware seems suspect. My guess would be the hard drive.
