2.3 Version Rule Problem.

Hello,
First sorry for my english. What is wrong attached file. This rules works with 2.1.5 but, i clean installed 2.3 configure as 2.1.5 and now. Rules for ..Mola and …Limitli not works. Thet dont reach internet for alias "ErisilebilirSiteler". What is wrong? Can you help me?

If i stop the proxy server. rules works fine. What is the problem?

The proxy server takes the traffic and initiates its own connections, it would never have hit those rules. Those rules would not have worked on 2.1 or 2.2 either, unless the proxy wasn't actually running or was not in transparent mode.
