        Hi,

Go to: Firewall->Rules. Click on the Lan's tab and add a new rule, then specify the source and the destination.

        Regards,

That's generally outbound traffic. Why do you need a special rule?

Lots of ISPs block outbound TCP/25. Try TCP/587.

DO NOT set a source address/port in a port forward or firewall rule unless you KNOW you need it!
