Blocked Websites?

I installed pfSense on a Tower PC that is now my dedicated pfSense firewall.
However quite a few websites I visit are getting “The connection has timed out”I am using pfSense 2.3.2-Release. I like to do speed tests every day.
My connection is 350Mbps and 23Mbps down.
Intel Core i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz / Normally at 27.8 C
Mid Tower Case 2 Fans / 1 front & 1 back
4GB DDR4 RAM
Gigabyte H110M-A
100GB SATA HD
2x Broadcom Netxtreme Gigabit PCI-E Network Adapters PCI-E / E-G021-04-2613(B)I installed pfSense from a thumb drive and installed it onto the sata HD.
pfSense was installed with all its default settings primarily.
The admin password was changed and that was it.
No packages are installed. The following websites that are getting “The connection has timed out” are the following:
Cnet.com, SpeedTest.net, Amazon.com, and bing.com. I am sure there are other websites I will be getting time outs. Also when I visit www.ipchicken.com the IP address I am seeing is extremely long.Any thoughts on how I can get this fixed?
Also I am a pfSense noobie. -
You probably got a dynamic IPv6 address from your ISP for WAN. Give it an IPv4 static address and disable IPv6 in Advanced Setup, then try again.

Thank you for your help!

Without me changing anything the situation resolved itself.
Hopefully it was just a glitch.
If it does I will try your solution and thank you.
