Get all of the sudden disconnected.
-
I live in an apartment where I get my Internet from a repeater. That repeater is connected to my pfsense box. From time to time my windows machine (which sits behind the pfsense box via lan) shows up an exclamation mark all of the sudden telling me that there is no internet.
Trying to ping google doesn't work. Pinging my pfsense box is all ok.
Is there a way how to diagnose / monitor the network when such a thing happens? -
Send out a traceroute to google or whatever.
E.g. on Windows: tracert google.comThis pings hop by hop, so you will see the most far device you can reach.

He means run a traceroute when you're having the problem. Your output above is totally normal for a working link.
-
Repeat this when you have no connection and see where it stops.
Right now the trace route is kind of useless except for reference later on.
Maybe trace the IP so you don't need name resolution which might not work when disconnected.
