      Good Morning,
      Dears,

I have a "(60) Operation timed out" problem, and the main site that gives this is just the company. I noticed that it occurs with Locaweb sites and dns. Can someone help me?

Your browser is showing this or the pfSense log?
Can you resolve the host to 187.45.195.139 with either your PC and pfSense directly?
            Is your pfSense running squid?

This is the kind of information I was talking about...
The problem could be squid related, try without and see if this works or not. Check your squid filters and so on, maybe squidguard?

With Squid disabled it won't go either, it will only go without pfSense (Direct on the internet). I already disabled all filters and still does not open the site

Then it's something with your config. I am using pfSense right now and can open the website.
Which pfSense version are you running?

2.3.4 is EOL since October 2018, you should upgrade anyway.

Should I update before trying anything?

                            I‘d try that.
                            But take a Backup first.

What is your pfSense WAN IP / network ? (mask out a middle digit if needed)
What is your pfSense LAN IP network ? (do not mask out any digits, we know it's is RFC 1918)

Btw : I just used a fresh copy of pfSense, with no changes - except the admin's password - I can visit http://galvorada.com/ just fine.
As any other site on the planet.

I advise you to use another WAN IP - like using a VPN from your PC 'easy fast simple), or even from pfSense (more difficult to set up). test that your WAN IP is different. You can access the site now ?
If yes, "galvorada.com" is filtering/blocking your original WAN IP on their side.

Edit : and where are the logs ??

With an IP WAN from, example, New York or Paris, you do not have access ?
