WireGuard cannot access peer from UK to China

Hello, guys.
WireGuard is not functioning as expected on my MacBook. However, it worked yesterday as I need to use it every day for connecting to the private server of my friend from China (I am in UK).
This is weird, looks like the three-hand shake doesn't establish, because my friend cannot ping the IP address he assigned to me in the server. So that I cannot access the DNS server of my friends' server.
I haven't change anything about the networking in my computer, and I also tried to create a new pub-pri keys to build the connection with my friend, however, it doesn't work.
Could someone help me with this? Or point out the thread for me to figure this. Or this is may be GFW problem?
