You are using a local proxy for all traffic. Maybe it doesn't support websocket secure (wss)?

Fair. I have the feeling, testing this is not that easy, the problem is gone.
I am using Dante socks proxy. If anyone has a recommendation for an alternative socksv5 proxy, please let me know. I am not able to make an exception just for this forum from the proxy, how this is setup in Firefox. -

Didn't even know what wss:// is/was.Still note sure why it is banning on forum.netgate.com/socket.io/... [ and who told ths wass to do this as this banning is probably done by every forum visitor's browser .... ]And what is a "Dante socks proxy" ?
