Help:squid + squidguard do't web filter

squid + squidguard enable Transparent proxy, web filter is not work.
For example: I want to filter the web mp4, mp3 playback and download, but does not work

Proxy filter SquidGuard: Target categories: Edit
Whether I'm in 'Regular Expression' how to set up, will not work (for example . Mp3 | . Mp4)

and remember must click SAVE and go to "Proxy filter –> General Settings" click APPLY!  ;)
