Third interface visible only in "Interface Assignments"

Hello, I have created a third interface into the pfSense virtual firewall but is only visible in "Interface Assignments" where I can configure the IP.

NOT present in Firewall --> Rules or in other places. What's going on?

I have already rebooted the firewall.
