Using pfSense at home, have Squid installed. When the proxy is turned on (transparent mode), I can't connect to work with the Cisco AnyConnect client. It detects that there is a proxy, and thinks it's something like a motel or coffee shop and that I need to accept the agreement to connect. I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, I just haven't been able to find it.

Also having trouble with Netflix streaming when the proxy is on.

Thanks in advance for any assistance, or pointing me to the thread with the answers.

        See if this helps:
        http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect40/administration/guide/b_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_4-0/configure-vpn.html

There appears to be a setting you can adjust related to how AnyConnect treats a proxy connections, however it appears that if your configuration is the 'Always On' or you are IPv6 in your home, I believe Cisco AnyConnect doesn't support and your out of luck.

As far as Netflix I would try excluding it from sites to proxy.
