        @mohamed-elkhateeb

        Fill this page Services > Captive Portal > ZONE > Allowed IP Addresses with all the IP addresses or networks WhatsApp talks to.
        These are probably a subset all known "Facebook IP's", but not limited to only facebook IP's.

        See this thread How to block AS numbers?? how to obtain a list will all facebook IPs and networks

        Edit : and where are the logs ??

            @mohamed-elkhateeb said in WhatsApp on the network without the login page:

            open the WhatsApp service on the network

            What do you mean by "open the WhatsApp service on the network" ?

            Your network ?
            Dio you run a WhatsApp service ?
            I don't know what "Mikrotik " is.

            What I make out your question :
            You want to block all users as you are using a captive portal.
            Only those with credentials can access the Internet.
            You want all users, also those without a logion, to access WhatsApp ?
            Then you need to "white list" the IP's WhatsApp uses => you have to figure out this list, or ask Facebook ;)
            The whitelisting is done by adding all the IP's the WhatsApp application is using.
