VPN and MPLS auto fail Over

Hi,
We have using MPLS and VPN for network connective between HO and Branch Office.
I have Achieved IP Sec VPN and MPLS connectivity through PF sense Firewall Kindly See Image of Our setup.

I need to achieve Auto Fail Over between VPN and MPLS during down time of ISP or MPLS link. How Achieve this Kindly help me do this.
