ExpressVPN - status reconnecting; ping-restart.

I'll start from the beginning.
I've set up ExpressVPN according to the guidelines on the expressvpn com website and also on the techrobot comwebpage.
Finally, I received such communications:

As you can see, it connects and disconnects me all the time. this is not a login and password problem because I copied correctly according to the instructions. I checked all the steps very carefully and I don't know where the problem might be. If you need any other screenshots please let me know.
I would be very grateful for any tips.

You saw this :

"pending" means probably : "isn't known yet".
So, if there is no IP to ping to ..... it might be conceivable that "pings" never come back, and the "ping_restart" (whatever that is ^^) kicks in.

Resolve the pending thing, and the issue might be gone.
