Daily build delta

I know I should remember this but I do not: Is there an easy way to tell on the daily beta builds if anything changed? I know the builds themselves are automated, but I'd rather not keep 'testing' a new load if nothing changed from the day before.
I'm guessing there is an easymode link to redmine with committed changes in the last day or something. Should I just be taking a peek at:

Redmine and Github are the places to check for changes. Github would have more detail in most cases. Check the main source repo, the ports repo, and the devel-12 branch of the FreeBSD src repo.
