First time I've done a pfSense update with pfBlocker installed. From what I've read, the official word for packages is to prefer uninstalling them before updating to a new pfSense version. But, it also looks like most people say it'll be fine keeping pfBlocker installed. Is that correct? I don't see any kind of deluge in pfBlocker/pfSense update threads for the 2.5.2 > 2.6.0 transition. Should I just leave pfBlocker up and running and do the pfSense upgrade?

      I'm just a home user with pfSense 23.09-RELEASE (amd64) on a Protecli VP2410

@areckethennu No, you dont have to uninstall packages before the upgrade

There is a corner situation with zabbix but that is a bug.
        Proceed wihr pfblockerng- devel installed

I left pfBlocker up and running and everything seems fine after the update. Thanks.
