      Hello all!

My name is Tobias Jansson and Im from Sweden, Im using pFsense at home and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. We are going on vacation and I was wondering about making it possible to use a VPN-cklient in my phone so when Im on an open WiFi (were we are camping for example) all traffic will go in a secure tunnel via my ISP at home?

      Best Regards
      Tobias jansson

Of course you can do that. OpenVPN clients works well at smart phones.

Just if you have no static public IP, you have to use a dynamic domain name service (DynDNS, DDNS) and configure it on pfSense.

          Hello!

Thank you for the reply, I have a dynamic public IP, but I have something similar to DynDNS meaning I have an domain name to my IP (which updates automatically when the IP changes.

          Best regards
          Tobias
