Passing the traffic to another WAN interface

Hi,

Currently I have a two ISP WAN interfaces on my pfSense router and I want to make my WAN1 interface to have a low latency link, so I want to pass the traffic to the WAN2 interface my question is…. How can I pass the traffic comming in/out from my WAN1 interface to the WAN2 interface?
