IP List disappeared

Hello, I've set my IP Block list blocking the outbound traffic. I see the counter going up on the dashboard, meaning that its blocking the IPs, but when I go to alerts I don't see any report:
For some reason it stopped working from FEB 14, but its still counting (hope blocking too):
Any Idea?

Small update:
Now it says blocked 134, showed 0.
