      When assign an interface to OpenVPN I see:

      ovpns1: flags=8051 <up,pointopoint,running,multicast>metric 0 mtu 1500
              options=80000 <linkstate>inet6 fe80::428d:5cff:fea5:6a0c%ovpns1 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x9
      –->  inet 192.168.168.1 –> 192.168.168.2 netmask 0xffffff00
              nd6 options=21 <performnud,auto_linklocal>groups: tun openvpn
              Opened by PID 10878</performnud,auto_linklocal></linkstate></up,pointopoint,running,multicast>

      Does this mean that the first address in pool becomes 192.168.168.3 instead of 192.168.168.2 ?

      I gloomily came to the ironic conclusion that if you take a highly intelligent person and give them the best possible, elite education, then you will most likely wind up with an academic who is completely impervious to reality.
