2 WAN Openvpn (closed!!)

i tried connecting to the 2nd wan but it does not connect.

can anyone advise?
but i could ping my 2nd wan

by the way i could successfully connect to my 1st wan through vpn..

I've realized there's no public ip dedicated for the other wan
