    Widgets Feature Request: Allow for 'Read-Only' functionality

      I want users to be able to view the dashboard but not be able to cause any impact to the network.  In the OpenVPN widget, I do not want 'read-only' users to be able to disconnect user sessions (see openvpn-widget.png attachment).  I made a similar request for the HAProxy widget.

      Details:
      pfSense version: 2.3.1-RELEASE-p5

      The 'read-only' users are in a single group with the following permissions:
      User - Config: Deny Config Write
      WebCfg - Dashboard (all)
