Macbook and Captive Portal

Maybe I am not the only one getting that strange behaviour from the Macbook world ...
Captive portal page display fine bur when entiring a valid voucher code no connection occur and the error message "Invalid Voucher" show-up.
Of course if the voucher is used on a Windows machine everything go fine....
Do you have any clue on how to avoid that????
Does anyone else got the same issue ????
(of course we can discard the Macbook ... but the owner will be unhappy
)

@pierrelyon dear sir we use chrome on macbook instead of safari but after catlina or later version it is working fine on safari but not on highsieera and below.
