Logging not working in 3.1.0_2

Hi,

I just installed 3.1.0_2 and the logging has stopped working again. I checked the code and it does not appear to contain all changes in the github repository. Bad merge?

Temporary fix:

curl -o /usr/local/pkg/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.inc "https://gist.githubusercontent.com/BBcan177/7cb8635199446866d511b97166d65296/raw/"

and after that restart pfb_filter
