Wireguard Tunnel interface not responding?

I have established a wireguard tunnel between my Pfsense and another site on an edge router but im seeing some odd behavior.

From the diagnostic tab and ping i can reach the entire network that i want from the router. Even sourced from the local address of the LAN network im trying to get across.. But i can not reach the other network from my computer on that network. I can not even ping the tunnel interface on the remote side from my computer but while i was pinging i restarted the wireguard service on my pfsense and the request timed out changed to below.

Does this explain why i might be having this problem?

@joshhboss the mtu matches on both sides btw
