Squid not starting, not even logs

Dear Community,

I am at the end of my knowledge. Ich have an pfsense for my home. I used squid as proxy. Now I wanted to add a squid reverse proxy to enable host based forwarding. After I had issues installing an ssl cert I clicked the reload button. That was a mistake. Now squid does not start anymore. It does not even create logs. There is exactly nothing in syslog nor squidlog… Tried reinstalling, reconfiguring…

Any Ideas?
