voip external calls without audio

Hi everyone.
I have changed from mikrotik to pfsense and I have opened the same ports that I had in mikrotik but it turns out that the calls that come in, the QUEUE locution is not heard and when the call jumps to the first extension and you pick up the extension, there is no audio in neither address. When you hang up, the external call re-enters the extension once more until it is cut off after 5 seconds. Internally, the calls are perfect even to the outside with audio and everything.
It is clear that it is a matter of ports but... I have these ports open:4569 pud
5060 tcp/udp
10000-20000 tcp/udp
5160-5161 tcp-udp
It must be said that with pjsip trunk the audio does enter but with sip trunk, nothing!Any suggestion?
