Gateway down but working

I just switched 4 VPN's from OpenVPN to WireGuard.
3 of them are fine, 1 is working but the gateway on one end shows as down.
I found this thread:

But the solution isn't applicable.

I'll attach screenshots.
"Client" side:

You can see the pings are getting to the other side but no reply sent back.
I tried setting up another tunnel between the two sides and on that one the server side showed the gateway down.

I know WireGuard is still experimental but anyone have any ideas why this one tunnel out of 4 is doing this?
