HELP NEDED: PIA openvpn pfsense 2.3.2 with frequent drop of connection

I have been having this all the time. I have tried:

1, increase MTU
2, Changed different server
3, WinMTR test seem to show a lot of dropped connections once VPN is on.

here is part of the log:

none seem to help. any idea how to fix this?
