pppo3 over vlan problem

i have many eth cables from the isp the connect to netgear switch as follow:
eth1: vlan 10 untaged to isp gpon
eht 2: vlan 20 untaged to isp gpon
eth 3: vlan 30 untaged to isp gpon
eth 4: vlan 10.20.30 tages to pfsense
i create three vlans to ethr1 on pfsense - vlan 10.20.30
i added pppoe connection with information
only one can work
i tried to sparet the vlan 20 and added to ethr2 its work fine

i think they are not working becuse all vlans have same mac address
any suggest ?
