The ACME package source is in Github:

https://github.com/pfsense/freebsd-ports/tree/devel/security/pfSense-pkg-acme

That said, that package relies on acme.sh so depending on what you're wanting to contribute, some parts may need to happen upstream first in their repository:

https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh
