Blocking my VPN

Im really wanting to enable the TOR feeds however im running 2 VPN clients, one for remote access and the other privacy out.

When enabling TOR feeds, it blocks my VPNs.

Ive tried whitelisting the connection TLD hostname in the whitelist but it doesnt seem to work.

Any ideas on how I can achieve this?
