Haproxy not for radarr,tdarr,heimdell

So I have HA proxy working with sonarr,deluge,jacket,etc. Radar and heimdell are showing good status in HAproxy. If I understand correctly PFsense Rewrite the configuration file every time haproxy starts. My 1st question is where do I find this temporary config file to compare The services that are working versus the services that are not
