      PFSense 2.6
      HAProxy - devel

After testing health checks for the backends using basic checks, I disabled the checks on all backends as it was causing some issues with webroot method certbot on one of the systems.

Unfortunately, doing this did not clear the states of the backends, it held the down state for any that were down prior to the change.

Restarting the HAProxy service didn't fix it. Stopping and starting it didn't fix it.
Manually forcing the backends to show as up didn't fix it.

It required a full reboot of PFSense to clear the issue up.
