I don't have access to web GUI

Dear All,
I have the following issue when i am trying to access to the web GUI i receive a blank white page like the screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/9isoxrm23/
I am using the 2.3.2 version amd64 on a physical machine and is bridged with my adsl modem router. So on WAN interface i have a public IP and in LAN 192.168.3.1/24.
At the beggining i configure the pfblocker for block ads with the following guide: http://benoliver999.com/technology/2016/02/27/howtoblockadswithpfblocker/
and i create one list with multiple links, so when i realize that i had no access to the site of Microsoft i decide to delete this link from the list but i couldn't do that. For that reason
i delete all the list and set the pfblocker from the beggining with one by one list this time. When i reboot the system i had no access to web GUI anymore. I don't know what i did wrong.
Do you have any suggestions?Thank you,
