is pfsense installation using vbox and vmware different?

i tried to install pfsense divmware using the same configuration as i installed pfsense on vbox but it doesn't run on vmware.

I installed pfsense using 2 network adapters, and both of them used bridge adapters.
then I set the IP for LAN using static.
without DHCP IP
without WebConfigurator
