Open VPN Connect sets IPv6 DNS servers

We have OVPN setup and working well. Prefer the OpenVPN Connect client that works well on Mac platforms but not Windows. On Windows 10, it hands out IPv6 DNS servers. If you try to override with push commands, it makes no difference. If you disable IPv6 on the adapter, you get no DNS servers at all.
