Repeat in custom refresh pattern

Re: Improve Custom refresh pattern what happens when if we repeat again and again any refresh pattern on the list e.g.

The refresh pattern was created by compiling different refresh patterns together so as a result there are some overlaps. This can be improved though. You can added the issue on the github page https://github.com/mmd123/squid-cache-dynamic_refresh-list
